本项目YANG DESIGN采用竞品研究,入户实地走访,深度访谈等9种面向用户的研究方法走访帮助万科团队明确其城市核心区位,高平层类,高端改善型住宅产品及其居住体验设计的优劣势,梳理更以用户为中心的设计机会点。相应设计方法论及设计报告获得万科集团设计团队的一致认可与好评。

YANG DESIGN helped Vanke Shanghai team to identify the pros and cons of their highlevel apartments, compared to the competition, and to discover customer insights by using user-centered design principles. The project resulted in the creation of a report containing several user-centered research methodologies such as contextual inquiry, 5 whys, in-depth interview etc., with clear indications of how to use them in the real estate context. The report was very well received by the client and is currently in use by their design teams.
